SourceCheckHealth helps users review public healthcare compliance datasets. It does not provide legal, medical, credentialing, licensing, employment, or billing advice.
Permitted use
Use the service to search public provider, organization, laboratory, NPI, OIG LEIE, and CLIA records, and to create screening reports for internal review.
Required verification
Users are responsible for verifying results against official government sources before making credentialing, contracting, hiring, billing, termination, or other compliance decisions.
No warranty
Public datasets can contain omissions, delays, formatting issues, name ambiguity, and source-system changes. The service is provided as a screening aid without a guarantee that every record is complete or current.
No sensitive uploads
Do not upload patient data, protected health information, medical records, payment data, or other unnecessary sensitive information. The screening workflow is designed around public provider identifiers and names.
