NPI / NPPES
NPI records identify providers and organizations in the NPI Registry. NPI data does not validate licensure, credentialing, Medicare enrollment, or current practice authority.
HHS OIG LEIE
OIG rows are imported from the official LEIE CSV. Exact NPI matches are high confidence. Name-only matches are possible matches and require official verification.
CLIA
CLIA lab demographics are imported from the official CMS Provider of Services Clinical Laboratories CSV when available. QCOR remains linked for current official lookup and manual verification.
Source freshness check
When each official source typically refreshes
Last verified: 2026-05-31. date_retrieved: 2026-05-31. The OIG LEIE UPDATED.csv publishes monthly, the CMS NPPES Full Replacement file publishes monthly with weekly incremental update files between full replacements, and the CMS POS clinical laboratories file publishes quarterly. The source status page shows the imported timestamp, row counts, and checksum for the local copy so you can compare it against the upstream cycle before relying on a lookup.
